1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Re:Connect ("the Application"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. This Application is provided by RealEye sp. z o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Description of Service

Re:Connect is a webcam-based eye-tracking application that enables text input through eye movements. The Application uses computer vision and machine learning technologies to track your eye movements and translate them into text input commands.

3. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All video processing and eye-tracking happens locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your video data or eye-tracking information to our servers. For detailed information about our privacy practices, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Application only for lawful purposes
Ensure you have proper lighting conditions for optimal eye-tracking performance
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Application
Not use the Application in ways that could harm the service or other users

5. System Requirements

The Application requires:

A compatible web browser with camera access permissions
A functioning webcam
Adequate lighting conditions
Desktop or laptop device (mobile devices not supported)

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

100% accuracy in eye-tracking or text input
Compatibility with all devices or browsers
Uninterrupted service availability

7. Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RealEye sp. z o.o. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall RealEye sp. z o.o. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Early Stage Product

Re:Connect is an early-stage product in active development. Features may change, be added, or removed as we continue to improve the Application. We appreciate your feedback and patience as we develop this technology.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
